Three Treasures Valley strives to provide an ideal environment for anyone interested in Eastern Cultures.
90 kilometres from Budapest, our centre designed following the rules of Feng Shui lies on five hectares in
a valley secluded even from the nearby communities, and offers excellent opportunities for
self-development and group training.
The valley is surrounded by the ancient Catholic cathedral and Marian shrine of Mátraverebély-Szentkút,
the Szentkút medicinal spring, and the Buddhist stupa and temple of Tar, placing the retreat at the
crossing of spiritual and cultural lines of force.

Practice Facilities
An indoors training room, a covered training pavilion, a tea pavilion, and spacious outdoor training areas are available for individual or group practice. The Daoist meditation room can be an ideal place for practising meditation.
Five Elements Diet
The meals prepared in our kitchen are vegetarian, while food intolerances and allergies are also taken into consideration. Part of the ingredients used is grown in our own garden.
Training and Education
Our centre regularly serves as a site for various martial arts training camps, self-awareness courses, and meditation retreats in the following areas: Daoism, QiGong, TaiJiQuan, medicine.
